What Chelsea Need to do to win next year!

So what is wrong with Chelsea and what can they do to beat United, City, Arsenal and resurging Livepool?

Firstly, Tactics must be changed. As you can see, Fernando Torres Plays very well as a lone striker, thus no need for Drogba and Anelka, (especially since Drogba might be leaving the Team).  In this case, 4-5-1 would be deemed suitable for the West London Side.

This is what I propose (Please note that these are not the players that I would like in those positions)
As you can see, The anchorman role should be covered Michael Essien. Mikel has seemed to be a major flop for Chelsea (thank god United didn't buy him)  Chelsea should follow the concepts of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United of letting their young players have a chance of starting in the starting XI.

If he is touted as one for the future, surely more first team action would greatly help his development and form formidable partnership with Frank Lampard.

Finally, who to buy. With the current Transfer market still up for grabs, there are numerous exciting prospects that any team would love to have. For instance Kun Aguero, Kaka, Lukaku. Yet the most important prospect is Neymar, A Trequartista that he is, he can be utilised as a winger and striker for the currently misfiring Fernando Torres
